The dashboard gives you full control over the care process and supports hybrid care, where digital and face-to-face care are combined. Patients complete measurements at home and fill in questionnaires, while follow-up appointments are scheduled automatically. All data is automatically collected in your dashboard, ensuring you always work with up-to-date information. You can immediately see which patients are scheduled and which measurements have been completed.
This helps you go into consultations better prepared and reach the core of the issue faster, reducing workload.

Met Viduet worden patiënten automatisch opgeroepen voor hun controleafspraak. Viduet biedt overzicht wie er wanneer op controleafspraak moet komen en geeft opvolging indien een afspraak niet tijdig wordt gemaakt.
Consultvoorbereiding
Viduet biedt ook inzicht en voorbereiding voorafgaand en tijdens het consult. Zo kunnen er digitale vragenlijsten verstuurd worden die patiënten thuis invullen via e-mail of via de app.
Ook zorgt Viduet dat aanvullend onderzoek tijdig wordt aangevraagd en uitgevoerd. Zo worden consulten goed voorbereid en is er meer tijd voor de patiënt tijdens het consult.
Thuismeten
Daarnaast kunnen patiënten thuis metingen uitvoeren. Dit doen patiënten eenvoudig via de Viduet patiënten app. De meetgegevens zijn direct te zien voor zorgverleners en patiënten.
Resultaat huisarts
Viduet biedt overzicht en bespaart tijd voor de chronische zorg, zo blijft er meer tijd voor de patiënt. Alle gegevens zie je overzichtelijk op één plek in het Viduet-dashboard en zijn gekoppeld aan andere portalen, zoals het HIS.
