Viduet is brought to you by Medicine Men BV. Viduet is a platform that supports you in self-management of your health, possibly supported by others. By using the platform, including applications for smartphone, smartwatch, web browsers and other devices included, you accept these Terms of Use. Changes to the Terms of Use will be posted on the Terms of Use page.

Viduet is your own personal health environment

You may have been offered Viduet by your health care provider. It is primarily at your service. It is your own Personal Health Environment. You can give others permission to see your data and/or be alerted in case of emergencies. It is your own responsibility to handle this wisely. You can revoke permissions from others on your account at any time.

Stay alert yourself

Viduet is just a tool for self-management of your health. Medicine Men BV cannot guarantee that Viduet will always function correctly. Therefore, always remain alert to the interpretation of readings signals, and check the operation of the Viduet. When in doubt, always consult your physician.

Internet connection costs

The provider may charge for the Internet connection; this depends on your data bundle. Pay special attention to this when you are abroad.

Disclaimer

Medicine Men BV accepts no liability for damages suffered as a result of using Viduet. These terms of use are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht to the exclusion of all others.

Always download and install the latest version of the Viduet app and device vendors’ apps for optimal application performance.

Loan Agreement

You will receive our equipment on loan. You should handle it carefully and return it to us at our request. You can find more information in the loan agreement. For that, see this link.
