This questionnaire gives the patient and health care provider insight into the patient's degree of asthma control. In addition, the patient answers questions about compliance and use of additional medication. When the outcomes exceed the thresholds, the health care provider is informed as required. In this way, Viduet makes it possible to recognize complaints early and take appropriate action immediately. Thus, this care module contributes to improved treatment of asthma patients in general practice. In addition, this care module contributes to more efficient consultations. Because Viduet provides insight into trends of symptoms for both patient and provider, consultations can be used more efficiently and the number of consultations can be reduced.

This care module gives patients with asthma even more control over managing their own health. Patients regularly complete the Asthma Control Questionnaire (ACQ) in the Viduet app. The outcome of this questionnaire gives them insight into how well they are controlling their asthma. In addition, the patient also answers questions about compliance and use of additional medication. Viduet will support the patient in recognizing any deterioration in a timely manner. Depending on the degree of deterioration, the patient is immediately coached to either take additional medication or to contact the general practice. Also, the general practice can be informed in the desired manner so that important events are recorded appropriately. In this way, Viduet contributes to improved treatment in which appropriate action is taken more quickly once intervention is required. The additional insights into key parameters also contribute to more efficient consultations where the frequency of consultations can be reduced.

Exercise is an important factor that can influence patients' disease course. Using the Activity Coach care module, you ensure that the patient is coached to adopt optimal movement patterns. Thus, the patient is coached, without overexerting himself, to still move enough to promote the rehabilitation process. When you choose to deploy the Activity Coach, the patient will track their movement patterns through the smartwatch. Using our specially developed software for this smartwatch, the patient will be coached throughout the day to move within the ranges set by their healthcare provider, even if the patient moves too much. This care module can easily be combined with coaching by a physical therapist. In that case, the physical therapist can set the optimal bandwidths and adjust them as needed. Through a smart algorithm, Viduet recognizes when the patient moves out of bandwidth for an extended period of time. Viduet can then also inform the physical therapist and patient in the desired manner, so that the set bandwidths can be revised if necessary.
