Viduet Health is a small, close-knit team of professionals dedicated to better healthcare from its Utrecht office. Our software helps patients stay out of the hospital and caregivers better support patients – remotely. Our patient group is often elderly and sometimes has difficulty connecting, does not always understand how a device works or needs help installing an app. Caregivers are also users of our software and sometimes need help or instruction on how to use something.
Function
We are looking for someone with a heart for care, who can provide support to patients with such things as using a blood pressure monitor, installing a smartwatch or monitoring whether measurements and questionnaires have been completed. You will use telephone or video calls and our zendesk support system. You can work from our office in Utrecht, but also from home. The position can also be filled part-time, such as in addition to a study. We will then make separate arrangements for your availability.
Job Requirements
You have completed an education at the HAVO level or higher. You have a sense of technology, think creatively, analytically and solution-oriented. These are important qualities for helping someone quickly and efficiently. You are helpful and patient. With your empathetic personality, you can reassure people when they are at a loss for words. Your command of the Dutch language, in speech and writing, is very good.
Should you possess a driver’s license, you will also be able to make home visits – should the need arise – if installation is not possible via phone/image call. This is not a requirement for the job.
