Office manager / personal assistant (24-32 hours)

Viduet Health is a small, close-knit team of 10 professionals dedicated to better healthcare from its Utrecht office. Our software helps patients stay out of the hospital and caregivers better support patients – remotely. The Corona crisis has introduced many healthcare providers to remote care tools. We want to use this momentum to accelerate growth. Next year, the organization will grow rapidly.

Function

We are looking for someone to support us in this acceleration. You are the spider in the web for all things necessary for our office and employees to perform efficiently and optimally. That includes all the practical issues surrounding the physical office, but also making sure that people can work well from home. You will support management and Sales in scheduling appointments, monitor the application process and purchase office supplies. It is a very versatile varied job, in which your own abilities determine how far you can go.

Job Requirements

You are super organized, quickly see where something is in danger of going wrong and then quickly intervene. You have an eye for detail and know how to improvise when things go differently than necessary. You do not give up easily. Your command of the Dutch language is excellent. You are helpful and service-oriented. You know how to send a professional e-mail and have no trouble calling people. You are not afraid of digital tools. There will be a lot of changes next year, so flexibility is a requirement in this position.

We are primarily looking at personality for this position, A relevant education and/or work experience are a plus.
