The internship
To grow further, we want to give our users (general practitioners, hospitals, home care and medical service centers) more insight into the added value of our product. To do this, we want to give them their own dashboard on which we can visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Before we can develop this dashboard, we need to identify which KPIs they would like more insight into. This may even differ based on the user’s role within their healthcare organization. A cardiology nurse specialist probably needs different KPIs than the pulmonologist within the same hospital.
Your assignment is to research which KPIs are important to the various users of our system. To do this, you will need to engage in conversation with caregivers from different healthcare organizations.
Job Requirements
You are pursuing or have completed a college or university degree in the field of business administration, health sciences, innovation sciences or similar. You have a good command of the Dutch language and are socially adept. You are also able to set up a structured research project and clearly describe the results. The final report will give us insight into user needs and can be used directly as the basis for developing our BI dashboard for healthcare providers.
